Rules & Regulations

• Every team will comprise of students from a college in India only
• Each team should consist of students from the same college.
• Each team should have a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 members.
• Multiple entry per team will be accepted.
• Every video entry submitted will be evaluated and screened by the organizers.
• Any video entry which contains pornographic content or content which is offensive will be eliminated.
• The organizers reserve the right to screen the videos for such offensive content. Decision of the organizers in this matter will be final and binding.
• Every video must not be more than 30 seconds in duration.
• Uploading of Videos will start from 1st November,2009 to 14th November,2009 till 11.59 PM.
• The commercials made will be the sole property of the organizers and the organizers reserve the right to use them without any prior intimation or approval of the creators of the TV commercial submitted as an entry in this contest.
• Voting will begin on 20th November 2009 and will end on 4th December 2009 at 11.59 PM.
• The entry with the highest number of votes will be the winner.
• Announcement of the video entry with the highest votes will be final and cannot be contested against in any court of law.
• The organizers reserve the right to change or modify any of the points mentioned in the terms & conditions of this contest.
• All necessary Government taxes will be applicable on the winning amount.
